The apartments
ACCOMMODATION
There are 5 apartments and 4 rooms with private bathrooms and independent entrances. In all of the accommodation there is a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, a TV.
In some apartments and rooms there is a fireplace. There is wi-fi access.
Rooms
Il Granaio. La Mimosa. La Rosa.
La Selvella is split into five apartments and three rooms furnished exclusively with period furniture and all featuring a fireplace and independent heating, satellite television, dishwasher, oven, independent entrance and private outside area with garden furniture. Bedrooms have their own bathroom with showerA communal laundry room is also provided for the guests' use.
La Vigna
Ground floor with a terrace overlooking the Val d'Orcia (sleeps 2). The apartment La Vigna has a living room with a fireplace, kitchenette (oven,fridge, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom and bathroom with a shower.
Gli Archi
Ground floor, private garden (sleeps 3) .
Gli Archi is an apartment with its own private outside area, there is a double bedroom, a very small single room, a small lounge and a kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge) and 1 bathroom with a shower.
Il Gelso
First floor (sleeps 2 to 4). Gelso is an apartment with a large living room with an old fire place and a kitchenette (dishwasher , fridge) and a confortable double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower .
Girasole
First floor.(Sleeps 4/5) Girasole is a large apartment with a wonderful view overlooking the Tuscan countryside, the swimming pool and Monte Amiata; there is a kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, fridge) and a living area with a fire place, 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower and bath.
Il Forno
First floor(sleeps 3). Il Forno is an apartment with a living room with a fire place and a kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge) , 1 triple bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower.
Il vecchio Granaio
Ground floor(sleeps 2) Granaio is a cosy studio apartment with its own private outside area, there is a sleeping area with a doubble bed, a dining area with a kitchenette, 1 bathroom with a shower. It has a connecting door to “Mimosa” .
La camera della Mimosa
Ground floor (sleeps 2) room Mimosa is a confortable double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. It has a connecting door to Granaio.
La camera della Rosa
Ground floor (sleeps 2). Rosa is a cosy double bedroom with a fire place and 1 bathroom with shower.
